Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Core PHP and the Laravel framework.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React.js. and HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Solid understanding of API design and development.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js in commercial projects
• React js, API integration, dashboard and charts. Responsive design, tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Familiarity with queues, caching, broadcasting (Laravel Echo, Reverb, or Pusher).

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points for):

• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or DigitalOcean.
• Experience with automated testing.
• A portfolio of past projects or a GitHub profile.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years (at least accomplished 5 project)

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team for WP Plugins and WooCommerce (addOns), Complex Functional Web Application. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the back-end and front-end components of our web applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience with the PHP Laravel and React.js stack and is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• You will play a key role in the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to deployment and maintenance. Your work will directly impact our products and the experience of our users.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Core PHP, Laravel and React.js.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end services.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications.

• Manage and optimize databases, primarily MySQL.

• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.

• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.

• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
