Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for a suitable candidate or the position of "Front Desk Receptionist Cum Admin" for Head Office, AAA Tower, Polt # 80, Block # J, Progati Sarani, Baridhara, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming them appropriately and notifying to concern persons.
  • Answer visitors’ questions, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Update Calendars for meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations for senior staff.
  • Ensure all necessary Office Entertainment and Maintenance Tasks.
  • Keep a record of office supply inventory and expenses.
  • Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, Couriers services.
  • Perform emergency banking support.
