Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: We are looking for a suitable candidate or the position of "Front Desk Receptionist Cum Admin" for Head Office, AAA Tower, Polt # 80, Block # J, Progati Sarani, Baridhara, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming them appropriately and notifying to concern persons.
- Answer visitors’ questions, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Update Calendars for meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations for senior staff.
- Ensure all necessary Office Entertainment and Maintenance Tasks.
- Keep a record of office supply inventory and expenses.
- Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, Couriers services.
- Perform emergency banking support.
