Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming all parents, students, visitors, and guests visiting the campus in a professional manner.
∎ Maintaining record related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Representing IIHS and its prospects with utmost dedication and clear perception.
∎ Receiving all incoming calls and serving them in favor of the Institutions with the information they demand for.
∎ Communicating students and their parents regarding the admission and academic concerns.
∎ Managing schedules & appointments of visitors with the respective authorities.
∎ Follow up the marketing team about visitors (prospective students and parents) concerns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communications skills (both written and oral in Bangla & English).
∎ Computer Skill to meet the advanced needs.
∎ MS Word, MS Excel Skill.
∎ Email Communications.
∎ General Administration.
