∎ The Applicants with experience from the following departments will be given priority: Administration, Sales, Customer Service, and Office Management.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ A pleasant personality possessing corporate etiquette and can maintain appropriate attire.
∎ Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office
∎ Applicants with experience from the following departments will be given priority: Administration, Sales, Customer Service, and Office Management

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet walk-in clients, students, and parents professionally.
∎ Provide basic information about study abroad programs, services, and upcoming events.
∎ Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and redirect inquiries to appropriate counselors or departments.
∎ Maintain a visitor log and schedule appointments for counselors or managers.
∎ Manage student inquiry forms and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and office communication.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
∎ Support administrative tasks like printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
∎ Assist in coordinating seminars, info sessions, or student briefing events.
∎ Keep records of daily walk-in clients and prepare basic activity reports.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and a professional image of the organization.
∎ Collaborate with counselors and the operations team for smooth client service
