Responsibilities & Context:
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and address their inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments for counselors or team members, ensuring smooth daily operations.

  • Information Dissemination: Provide clients with accurate information about the company’s services, programs, and processes.

  • Document Handling: Assist clients with filling out forms and collecting required documents, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

  • Telephone and Email Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly, transferring them to the appropriate team members as needed.

  • Office Coordination: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and report it to the management for quality improvement.
