Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments for counselors or team members, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Information Dissemination: Provide clients with accurate information about the company’s services, programs, and processes.
Document Handling: Assist clients with filling out forms and collecting required documents, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Telephone and Email Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly, transferring them to the appropriate team members as needed.
Office Coordination: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and report it to the management for quality improvement.
