  • Knowledge of MS-Office, Tax, and VAT related issues

  • Should have Strong skill on effective communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet and receive visitors, clients, and employees in a professional, courteous, and timely manner

  • Maintain accurate visitor records and issue visitor passes in compliance with established security protocols

  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring appropriate routing and follow-up

  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate effective communication and visitor support

  • Provide administrative assistance including handling mail, courier services, and document dispatch in an organized manner

  • Ensure the reception area is maintained in a clean, orderly, and welcoming condition at all times

  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all organizational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements
