Educational Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in front desk, customer service or administrative roles (experience in consultancy or travel sector is must).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic IT systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle client interactions with patience and professionalism.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and a client-service approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries related to both education consultancy and travel services.
- Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Assist students with initial guidance regarding admission processes, visa requirements, and appointment scheduling.
- Support travel clients with basic information about ticketing, reservations, and travel packages before referring to consultants.
- Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for consultants and managers.
- Ensure reception area is well-presented and reflects the company’s corporate standards.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and courier services.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and filing.
- Liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
