Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Educational Qualification & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in front desk, customer service or administrative roles (experience in consultancy or travel sector is must).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
  • Professional appearance and confident personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic IT systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle client interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and a client-service approach.


Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries related to both education consultancy and travel services.
  • Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Assist students with initial guidance regarding admission processes, visa requirements, and appointment scheduling.
  • Support travel clients with basic information about ticketing, reservations, and travel packages before referring to consultants.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for consultants and managers.
  • Ensure reception area is well-presented and reflects the company’s corporate standards.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and courier services.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and filing.
  • Liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
