• Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Hotel/ Hospitality Management is preferred.

• Minimum of 08 years’ experience in F&B management, food courts, or hospitality operations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS/operations software.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food Court Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upcoming food court named Taste Terminal located at Meridian Kohinoor City under the umbrella of Meridian Group. The Food Court Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, staff performance, and overall customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the food court, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, service, and safety.

• Manage relationships with food court tenants/vendors, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Monitor sales performance, tenant occupancy, and customer traffic to maximize profitability.

• Supervise, train, and schedule food court support staff (cleaning, maintenance, security, customer service).

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction.

• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales.

• Prepare reports on financial performance, tenant performance, and operational efficiency.

• Liaise with mall management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Implement cost control measures and budget management.
