Job Context:

∎ It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Willingness to develop team members and self, Degree in Relevant Area, Prior experience in leading a Food and Beverage department of a Luxury Property.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the 8 Venues at the 493 room Resort, Including Large Banqueting and MICE business. In this role you will report to the Group General Manager and lead the managers of these departments to ensure financial targets are met, team members are well trained and managed, and excellent guest and member experiences are provided. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
∎ Oversee operations of Food and Beverage venues, Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, Recruit, manage, train, and develop the team, Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, Work within budgeted guidelines, Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures, Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team, Accountable for monthly stock takes, Incentivize Team Members to maximize sales and revenue, Comply with resort security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation, Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships, Working closely with the Director of Finance on forecasting and budgeting.
