∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Animal/Plant Breeding

Job Responsibilities:
∎ FFS is responsible for Akij dairy farm green fodder production program; and prepare yearly fodder calendar, preparation of procurement plan for fertilizer, machineries, equipment, different aids, and soil management system.
∎ Ensure smooth and qualitative fodder production based on yearly target plan.
∎ Ensure the smooth distribution of harvested fodder to the dairy farm department for distribution in the animal sheds.
∎ Ensure over all soil fertility and good soil environment through GMP for fodder cultivation.
∎ Ensure the maintenance and repairing of agriculture machines and equipment.
∎ Maintain the routine activities for weeding and irrigation system for HYV fodder for maximum production level.
∎ He should have to keep well record for usage of organic and inorganic fertilizer.
∎ He should maintain all types of data and management protocol for fodder cultivation.
∎ He should maintain all types of record for daily labor of its production, harvest, distribution of green fodder.

∎ Age 21 to 32 years
