Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides exceptional customer service and ensures the store employees also provide the same level of service
∎ Maintains floor operations by initiating, coordinating operational and organizational policies and procedures
∎ Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management
∎ Coordinate regular meetings to keep in touch with individual responsibilities, store discipline, and customer service
∎ Ensures that interior, exterior and visual merchandising of store is maintained to company standards
∎ Manage stock levels and recommends regarding stock control
∎ Analyzes sales figures, customer needs, buying trends, and forecasts future sales
∎ Ensure that all products are well stocked and are easy to reach
∎ Handles cash register and banking functions such as making bank deposits
∎ Maintains store's cleanliness and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
∎ Make sure that the store is tidy and clean and shelves are dusted properly
∎ Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
∎ Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
∎ Respond to customers' queries and complaints in a resourceful manner
∎ Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Manager
