Super store, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take prompt actions to resolve customer queries/complaints in coordination with the outlet manager.
∎ Provide excellent leadership to the team and the best possible customer service/experience
∎ Deal with customer complaints and enquires.
∎ Maintain retail standards and visual merchandising.
∎ Responsible to maintain product receiving, transfer, and outlet inventory management and monitoring stock levels.
∎ Performs daily store activities such as opening and closing procedures.
∎ Accountable to make necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor in a supervisory role.
∎ Knowledge about Inventory Management, Project Management, and People Management.
∎ Good command of English and Bangla language for written and oral communications.
∎ Decision-making ability and analytical ability.
