Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate production line operations to meet daily production targets.
∎ Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.
∎ Monitor and maintain equipment functionality and production efficiency.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
∎ Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
∎ Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
∎ Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain departments.
∎ Conduct regular safety and hygiene audits on the production floor.
∎ Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
