Fleet management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities / Key Objectives:
∎ Managing and coordinating driver / vehicles.
∎ Dispatch car as per Project Office requirement/ system application.
∎ Update and record the daily task and details for vehicles.
∎ Cooperate with Project transport team for vehicle support.
∎ Solve any driver or vehicle related problems.
∎ Generate report as per Project requirement.
∎ Report every type of incident and accident to concern authorities.
∎ Random vehicle inspection report update to Higher Management.
∎ EHS Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preserving the environment, and for working in a manner that ensures the safety and health of all by following established statutory and corporate EHS policies, procedures and guidelines.
∎ Participate in appropriate EHS awareness and training programs that are provided or arranged to ensure that tasks are performed competently, safely and with due regard for the environment.
∎ Promptly report any unsafe act or condition, environmental or health hazard, injury, illness or near miss witnessed to Fleet Room Coordinator.
∎ Be familiar with the workplace emergency sirens and participate in all emergency response drills and muster exercises.

∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
