∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Safe Driving

Job Context:
∎ Ensure safe transfer of passengers and drive between Project / operation locations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Driving safely and responsibly at all times.
∎ • The driver should have minimum 5 (five) years updated driving experience license and license should be BRTA approved/valid. And carry the original driving license when he is duty.
∎ • Driver age must be within 20 – 50 years.
∎ • Is knowledgeable about, and complies with driving/traffic rules and regulations.
∎ • Strictly follow Company driving speed limit.
∎ • Regular refueling of vehicle, maintain vehicle logbook, accounting for all mileage.
∎ • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, including daily clean inside and outside.
∎ • Maintain vehicles in good mechanical order.
∎ • Report any damage immediately to the Line Manager
∎ • Ensure that vehicles under their care are secured at all times
∎ • They also make a safety inspection of the Vehicle everyday, which includes checking fuel and oil levels, as well as ensuring the proper working condition of windshield wipers, lights and brakes.
∎ • In accident or incident situations, drivers are required to fill out an accident or incident report.
∎ • The driver will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the organization and a favorable image of the organization.
∎ • Responsible for the proper delivery of equipment and packages.
∎ • EHS Responsibilities:
∎ • At all times drive safely, defensively and with care to ensure the safety of all road users
∎ • Carry out regular vehicle safety inspections as per corporate procedures
∎ • Immediately report any vehicle incident, accident or damage to the Fleet Room Coordinator/ Operations Manager
∎ • Responsible for preserving the environment, and for working in a manner that ensures the safety and health of all by following established statutory and corporate EHS policies, procedures and guidelines.
∎ • Participate in appropriate EHS awareness and training programs that are provided or arranged to ensure that tasks are performed competently, safely and with due regard for the environment.
∎ • Promptly report any unsafe act or condition, environmental or health hazard, injury, illness or near miss witnessed to Fleet Room Coordinator.
∎ • Be familiar with the workplace emergency sirens and participate in all emergency response drills and muster exercises.
