Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Social Science (MSS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finish Goods stock in & out Control.
∎ Maintains receiving, warehousing, and shipment operations by initiating & coordinating.
∎ Daily Stock Report Preparation, Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Maintain all email communications with related party and Head Office.
∎ To ensure store/warehouse are neat and clean.
∎ Maintain FGWH as per company & compliance rules.
∎ Coordinating with Production-Commercial-Transport-others related party.
∎ Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
∎ Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees, counseling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ To maintain good environment and discipline in department.
∎ To maintain safety and security of all stored goods and personnel as per company compliance policies and follow the CTPAT
∎ Smart to handle all level of staff, top management & foreigners.
∎ To perform any other tasks when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal & Computer skill.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest, good personality will be common qualification.
∎ To take a huge work force able to work in a stressful situation & act as a cool headed person.
∎ The applicants should have minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in the Store & Inventory management division of manufacturing Industry..
∎ Knowledge on ERP system will consider as an advantage.
