∎ A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics, or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
∎ Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence
∎ Research and present investment strategies for specific SBU or new business
∎ Identify financial process improvement within the company
∎ Analyze financial data and financial performance to identify trends and generate reports accordingly
∎ Monitor, Plan & Analyze the assigned SBU independently under the supervision of a team leader
∎ Assist in cost optimization, and process improvement initiative
∎ Participate in organizational development initiatives aligning with functional requirements.
∎ Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends
∎ Create recommendations to be presented to Deputy Managing Director
∎ Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
∎ Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience in research or data management will be advantageous.
∎ High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
∎ Strong analytical, and data modeling skills.
∎ The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.
∎ Familiarity with data modeling software and Excel software.
∎ Attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Knowledge in financial modeling, variance analysis, sales forecasting
