Job Context:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist in asset management, cost control, and financial business operations. The ideal candidate will support various financial processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage company assets and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Support cost management, perform expense variance analysis, and follow up with business departments to improve efficiency.
Assist in financial business management, including purchase management, contract review, and supplier payment processing.
Conduct internal business process audits to identify risks and recommend improvements.
Prepare various reports, documents, and presentations for management review.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
