Job Context:
∎ Hours per week:40 hours (full time)
∎ The position: The Financial Controller is responsible for managing the accounting and financial operations of our organization. This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company`s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards. The Financial Controller works closely with and reports into the MFBD Chief Operating Officer (COO) who is responsible for MFBD`s day to day operational, programmatic, and financial management and implementation in cooperation with MF`s senior management team and local and international partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Total minimum of 12 (Twelve) years of work experience with 10 (Ten)years of experience in senior management position of financial in INGOs or large National NGOs/Private Companies.
