Job Responsibilities:
∎ Remain entirely responsible for Accounts and Finance related activities of the company.
∎ Ensure cost benefit analysis in every business processes, identifying critical processes and ensure optimum cost.
∎ Carry out a meaningful role in preparing business plans and strategies, maximizing revenue and profitability.
∎ Prepare time demanded analysis on budgets, financial reports etc.
∎ Develop and update the internal operational policies and procedures and implement the internal control procedures.
∎ Assure Tax (Personal and Company), VAT, Company Law, Business Law, Commercial Law and other regulations in appropriate execution.
∎ Liasion with various Banks, Financial institutes for fund Management issues etc.
∎ Perform the investment analysis of existing and future projects.
∎ Other activities as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of work experience as Financial Analyst with extensive experience in activities relating to business modeling, capital structuring, financial engineering and strategic management process.
∎ The incumbent working in any commercial Bank/Financial Institute/group of manufacturing industries or in any project of World Bank/ADB are preferred.
∎ Excellent in MS Office specially in MS Excel.
∎ The candidate should have good communication with Bank/Financial Institution.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
∎ Very good report writing skills.
