Strategic Financial Advisory, Business Performance Analysis, Banking & Treasury, Income tax filling, Foreign Currency Management etc.

• Work closely with senior management to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies.

• Analyze income tax matters, financial statements, budgets, cash flows and performance reports to provide accurate insights and actionable recommendations to management.

• Provide professional advice on taxation, financial planning, accounting treatment and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage and monitor FDRs, bank loans and foreign currency (USD) transactions, including loan servicing, interest management, fund utilization and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare and present periodic financial reports, dashboards and forecasts for review by the senior management.

• Evaluate financial risks, opportunities and overall business performance to support strategic and investment decision-making.

• Review and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely statutory filings.

• Support management in matters related to corporate governance, regulatory reporting and financial due diligence.

• Maintain proper financial documentation and records in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
