∎ Fluency in English and Bengali; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
∎ Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
∎ Ability to lead teams and manage projects from inception to conclusion.
∎ Strong team player with effective communication and relationship-building skills.

∎ Participate in Due Diligence Review assignments.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and data to support investment decision-making.
∎ Conduct market research to identify financial trends and opportunities.
∎ Help develop financial strategies, business plans, and investment proposals.
∎ Support the preparation of presentations for clients and stakeholders.
∎ Assist in evaluating business processes and suggesting improvements from a financial perspective.
∎ Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
∎ Participate in client meetings, helping to document discussions and actions.
∎ Conduct industry research to help identify best practices and benchmarks for clients.
∎ Provide administrative support to the consulting team as required.
