Job Context:

∎ ESDO is inviting applications from interested qualified candidates for the following position. It a core position of the organizations. Probation period 06 Months.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting management in NGO policy regarding Tax & VAT.
∎ Maintain liaison with Govt. Office for working Tax & VAT related Assessment, Appeal & Tribunal work.
∎ He must have sufficient knowledge in TAX & VAT and other related activities.
∎ VAT Challan prepare based on commercial Challan, according to approve price, proper address & registration number.
∎ Prepare & Submit VAT & TAX return and other documents to VAT & TAX authority in a timely manner.
∎ Calculation and deduction of VAT at the source, Preparation of a report on VAT at source and issuance of certificate thereon.
∎ Monitoring of VAT & TAX payment regularly.
∎ Capable to handle all kinds of VAT and Custom related audit.
∎ Prepare and maintain VAT & TAX register and record as per law by E-VAT & TAX software and others government rules and regulation.
∎ Maintaining Musak-6.3, Musak-6.6, Musak-9.1 and other books/papers related to VAT.
∎ Oversee employee-related TAX deduction, employee-related organization tax deductions return submission/filings
∎ Manage and facilitate Govt.Tax & VAT audits: preparing the response
∎ To manage all VAT & Income Tax related queries and filings in the right manner
∎ Establish internal control systems as and where required necessary
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 years experience in managing VAT & Tax in NGO will get preference.
∎ If any candidate has more experience in relevant field then age & academic qualification will be relaxed.
∎ Should have specific knowledge on financial analysis and accounting software.
∎ Ability to write clear reports, to analyze and interpret data, and to prepare spread sheets.
∎ Strong in written and verbal English and Bangla communications.
∎ Retired government VAT & Tax officer will give preference.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
∎ If any candidate has more related experience then salary will be negotiable.
