∎ Master’s in commerce with Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) preferably in Finance/Accounting or, BBA and MBA (major in Finance/ Accountancy). CA. CC/ ACCA partly qualified will get preference.

∎ At least Seven years of working experience in any reputable national/ international NGO in a similar position. In case of extra-ordinary candidate, duration of experience may be flexible.
∎ Having a good concept of accountancy.
∎ Knowledge of internal control systems.
∎ Good knowledge of budget and budgetary control.
∎ Knowledge of rules and regulations of international donors.
∎ Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, or other FMIS).
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge of general administration.
∎ Ability to plan and optimise the use of available resources.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Major Role: The major role of Finance Manager is to provide technical support in sound financial management, ensure a standard control system, financial reporting system, and monitor the financial activities of partner NGOs of an livelihoods project of NETZ. She also coordinates with the back-donors and keeps them and NETZ senior management updated on the projects as per plan.
