Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in commerce with Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) preferably in Finance/Accounting or,
∎ BBA and MBA (major in Finance/ Accountancy).
∎ CA. CC/ ACCA partly qualified will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage grant management and associated risks and prepare reports of assigned projects.
∎ Ensure coordination, communication, and timely submission of periodic reports to BO, German Office, and donors.
∎ Monitor the proper utilisation of funds, ensure compliance of contracts with the back donors, and ensure efficient financial support to the project for successful implementation.
∎ Prepare and analyse project budgets.
∎ Check vouchers of expenses being made at Partner NGOs (PNGOs).
∎ Train PNGOs' accountant on budgeting and finance including software-based accounts system.
∎ Assist the Head of Finance and Administration to deal with the internal/external audit as and when required;
∎ Plan and maintain accounting tasks of BO.
∎ Organise invoices and related documents of transactions made at NETZ BO.
∎ Give entry in accounting software (if any).
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have
∎ Five years of working experience in any reputable national/ international NGO in a similar position. Having a good concept of accountancy.
∎ Knowledge of internal control systems.
∎ Good knowledge of budget and budgetary control.
∎ Knowledge of rules and regulations of international donors.
∎ Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, or other FMIS).
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge of general administration.
∎ Ability to plan and optimise the use of available resources.

∎ The selected candidate will be provided with a consolidated salary of BDT 80,000-120,000 per month with other admissible benefits like provident fund, festival allowances etc.
