∎ CA-CC from reputed firms
∎ BRAC University,University of Dhaka,North South University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC
∎ Skills Required: advanced excel skill, BRPD, Finance and Banking, Knowledge on Trading Business, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Treasury Operation, Writing skills in English
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Finance, Finance and Banking, Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finance planning and analysis
∎ Communication and correspondence with Banks for loan proposal and renewal.
∎ Continuously monitoring over the credit facilities limit.
∎ Maintain liaison with lawyer, surveyors and legal advisors
∎ Negotiate with bank for credit facilities;
∎ Maintain close correspondence with commercial teams;
∎ Knowledge over project loan, loan creation, loan settlement.
∎ Knowledge over LC, LTR, Demand Loan and Term Loan.
∎ Good knowledge over international banking, trade finance and loan management.
∎ Bank Loan reconciliation and analysis;
∎ Review on product costing, pricing and margin analysis.
∎ Preparation of budget and variance analysis.
∎ Collection plan synchronized with bank payment.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the management related to planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience directly with treasury and banking
∎ Skills over report writing in English.
∎ Advance knowledge in Excel
∎ Knowledge with trading business.
∎ Updated knowledge on BRPD circulars.
