Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting records/systems.
∎ Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
∎ Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting.
∎ Manage all financial transactions and accountancy matters, including statutory, audit, tax and company secretarial.
∎ Manage preparation and support of all external audits.
∎ Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding finance and tax functions.
∎ Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
∎ Develop and execute analysis of various business initiatives
∎ Prepare and maintain regular financial and performance reports
∎ Provide critical financial and operational information to the management team
∎ Administrative and execution of company tax liabilities at hub level
∎ Lead and/or support finance projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong accounting and analytical skills
∎ Solid knowledge of accounting systems and workflows
∎ SAP or Oracle hands on experience a plus
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Project management and system implementation experience
∎ Solid understanding of Asia Tax Environment
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a challenging and fast-paced environment
∎ Customer focus, sense of urgency, committed and strong team play.
