Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Amusement Park, Resort, Restaurant, Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare roster for the department
∎ Coordinate departmental internal and External meeting, calendar and Training Schedule
∎ Prepare all meeting minutes and circulate to respective personal.
∎ Keep trac of Finance & Accounts documentation.
∎ Draft Letter/ Memo for the finance department.
∎ Communication point for Internal & External Stake holder.
∎ Receive and issue all letter and communication for the department and segregate them to concern personal.
∎ Coordinate and follow up with all concerned on all internal and corporate reporting requirement related to finance
∎ Work closely with Head of Finance for necessary approval for the operation.
∎ Assist other Finance team mate when required and assigned
∎ Maintain a tracking and filing system for all Service/ Maintenance/ Supply/ Outsource/ Concessionaire contracts and follow up for renewals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proven work experience of similar role
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
∎ Sound skill on Business letter writing
Salary: Negotiable
