Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor organization's overall commercial, internal control, finance and accounts function in line with the organization's mission and vision specifically business targets.
∎ Control yearly budget and report on variances to high ups. Analyze business trends and financial numbers for forecasting and achieving short/medium/long-term financial goals.
∎ Ensure audit preparation, presentation and explanation as and when required during annual audit of the company accounts.
∎ Prepare monthly consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and other MIS Reports so that CEO/DCEO/Directors/MD/ Board are aware of the trends.
∎ Ensure that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained with proper documentation.
∎ Ensure cash flow, cash management and treasury duties as required for day-to-day/monthly/quarterly/yearly business transactions
∎ Oversee corporate tax, VAT, etc. and comply with NBR requirements. Ensure that company tax documentation are maintained and filed properly for audit purposes.
∎ Supervise and ensure/execute operation of Finance & Accounts activities at Head Office and Site Offices.
∎ Maintain and renew all Licenses/Permits and liaison with relevant parties including GOB officials, NBR, Tax Office, Commissioner of Taxes, etc.
∎ Supervise and monitor performance of department staff and do annual performance rating as per KPI set in the beginning of the year.
∎ Working experience in the process of transforming a Private Ltd. Company into a Public Ltd. Company will add value for this position.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in the relevant field.
