Educational Requirements:
∎ Professional Qualification or MBA in Finance degree (accounting, economics, business administration) from any reputed public/private Institute/ University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing budget and periodic forecasts (OPEX, CAPEX and FCF) for the operation – collecting relevant data from the stakeholders and accumulate it for analysis.
∎ Work with relevant functions to get a proper understanding of actual postings.
∎ Provide the necessary support to the company’s business areas for the preparation and monitoring of the financial budget, obeying the company’s polices regarding standards and deadlines.
∎ Comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain differences.
∎ Preparing and submitting monthly management report.
∎ Preparing monthly basis of provision schedule.
∎ Providing input in monthly FCF (Free Cash Flow) report.
∎ Performing credit analysis in LPT (leaf point) before disbursement of credit to framers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Male and Female both are encouraged to apply.
∎ Good communication skill required both in English and Bangla for communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Should have good analytical abilities, also ability to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge of accounting principles, management information systems.
∎ Advance level proficiency in MS office – specially Excel.
