Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Social Sciences, Social Work or relevant field.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Project Officer, Program Officer and Project management to Facilitate community led development process with local groups & other relevant stakeholders, including the use of participatory facilitation techniques, such as PRA, PLA and rights-based approaches;
∎ Build relationships with individuals, social groups, institutions, and organizations;
∎ Organize community to be united, develop, monitor and implement Community Development Plans and shared projects;
∎ Encourage, affirm, and strengthen those individuals and groups who are working for and with the most vulnerable children;
∎ Encourage an understanding of and sensitivity to child development and child vulnerability factors among community members and local partners;
∎ Facilitate relationship building and strengthen relationships and partnerships between existing groups in the community;
∎ Coordinate with technical specialists and other sector staffs for effective program integration and quality implementation;
∎ Provide support to community facilitators/groups for effective implementation for effective implementation of project activities;
∎ Assist Project officer to select, train, support and monitor community facilitators / groups in implementing project activities;
∎ Engage at individual and household level to facilitate the development process of Most Vulnerable;
∎ Assist Project Officer to activate community-based Child Protection mechanisms.
∎ Ensure monitoring and evaluation of activities as per M&E systems, tools and guidelines.
∎ He/ She will assess and function the Learning Roots/ECCD project models as per WVB slandered
∎ Assist Project Officer for to form and functioning VDC as per VDC guideline.
∎ He/ She will assist to execute Livelihoods TP's and CESO's models and programs as per PIG.
∎ All other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant program management in development sector
∎ The person Experienced in child well-being, child protection and community empowerment will get preference
∎ Working knowledge on program development and design, consultation, training, child well-being learning method focusing on child sponsorship conservation, community led and co-management approach
∎ Strong facilitation, interpersonal and presentation skills and able to develop project based learning, publication materials etc.
∎ Ability to work independently, functioning effectively in a collaborative team environment
∎ Advanced organizational skills and ability to handle multiple task without losing sight
∎ Excellent command on English and Bangla in verbal and written communication
∎ High level proficiency on Computer usage on Hardware and software e.g MS office package, other graphical software with internet communication
∎ Excellent communication and networking skill with wide range of stakeholders as govt. NGOs, civil society and local elite and influential people.
∎ Good understanding and analytical ability on current political situation
∎ Ability to Extensive field visit will be essential criteria.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
