∎ Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in HIV/AIDS program with high-risk population and have working experience in HIV positive PWIDs
∎ Proven experiences in team management and excellent trouble shooting capability
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal team and external stakeholders
∎ Basic computer skills on MS-Office
