Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Department : Restoring Family Link (RFL).
∎ Job Nature : Contractual.
∎ Duration of contract : 1 year (with possibility of extension).
∎ Reportable to : Director, RFL Department, BDRCS.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Active tracing, RFL caseloads on behalf of Restoring Family Links Department of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS).
∎ RFL caseloads management and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Prepared professional report in English and documented lesson learn like as situational report, event or training report, weekly report, bi-weekly report, monthly, annual report and report as per as needs.
∎ Enhance volunteers development for active tracing and other RFL activities and service towards beneficiaries
∎ Coordinate with CP and liaison with other humanitarian actors on behalf of Restoring Family Links Department of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS).
∎ Need to coordinately work with FA of Restoring Family Links Department of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS).
∎ Responsible to maintain RFL Cox's bazar unit RFL's Admin.
∎ Prepared Bill with and send these in NHQ, BDRCS.
∎ Perform any other work-related to RFL role and responsibilities that may be assigned by line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years experiences in tracing activities, project management or similar role in reputed organization
∎ Skills and core competencies:
∎ Must be fluent in English and Bangla.
∎ Good competency in English is must require.
∎ Local community language will an asset
∎ Good communication skill with team and stakeholders
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS Word, outlook and Excel)
∎ Personal qualities:
∎ Adhere to the 7 fundamental principles of Red Cross & Red Crescent Movement
∎ Act at all times in accordance with the code of conduct
∎ Honest and high level of integrity
∎ Team player
∎ Assist the organization on occasion, in times of national, international or local emergencies or major disasters
