Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and liaise with DLAC, UZLAC and UPLAC;
∎ Coordinate and conduct trainings, meetings with UZLAC and UPLAC;
∎ Keep close collaboration with DLAC, UZLAC and UPLAC;
∎ Take and explore advocacy initiatives with all potential stakeholders to motivate them to promote Government Legal Aid Services;
∎ Conduct and facilitate meeting, public hearing, school and community event;
∎ Influence UPLAC, UZLAC members to regularize meeting and services;
∎ Coordinate and provide support to the Project Manager (PPJ) for overall project implementation;
∎ Ensure appropriate documentation and information flow;
∎ Organize events/orientations/meetings/ sensitization session;
∎ Attend to additional tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years working experience in development area;
∎ Familiar with donor programs;
∎ Familiar with community awareness and legal support;
∎ Experience in networking and Community mobilization;
∎ Knowledge and experience on program planning, activities;
∎ Knowledge and experience on supervision, monitoring and reporting;
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English
∎ Ability to understand and communicate with the rural community people;
∎ Knowledge on Microsoft Office specially MS Word;
∎ Ability to work independently, under pressure and deliver on time;
∎ Proven ability to work as a team member;
∎ Proven commitment to gender equality, child rights and other human rights issues;
∎ Ride Motorcycle with valid driving license and knowledge on safety measures.
Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
