∎ Highly organized, reliable attention to detail and ability to work independently when needed
∎ Excellent inter-personal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working atmosphere
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies and satisfactory communication and inter-personal skills.
∎ Advanced computer skills;
∎ Analytical skills and decision- making ability even in complex and sensitive situations
∎ Experience in working on climate change, migration, human rights, and social safety net projects/programs.
∎ Experience in adaptive management.
∎ Have a valid driving license

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute detailed plans for project activities, including spouse group orientations, outreach campaigns, door-to-door campaigns, courtyard meetings, life-skills training sessions, and exchange meetings at both the upazila and national levels.
∎ Ensure that all project activities are completed within the stipulated timelines and meet the project's objectives.
∎ Unity members in courtyard meetings and other project-related activities.
∎ Conduct outreach to mobilize participants and raise awareness about the project goals and activities.
∎ Organize and manage the logistical and material needs for awareness-building and skill development programs for youth groups.
∎ Assist the Project Manager during field visits, ensuring smooth operations and providing necessary support.
∎ Manage and track the financial aspects of field activities, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of resources.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and arrange logistics for various programs and events.
∎ Ensure 100% standards in financial and logistical management to meet accountability and transparency.
∎ Regularly monitor the progress of field activities and provide detailed reports to the Project Manager.
∎ Identify and address any challenges or issues that arise during the implementation of project activities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including community leaders, government officials, and other relevant organizations.
∎ Represent the project at local meetings and forums to advocate for project goals and share updates on progress.
∎ Represent OKUP when and where necessary,

∎ Reported to : Project Manager
∎ Overview: The Field Officer (FO) is a position under the Climate induced migration and modern slavery in the Sundarbans region of Bangladesh (CIMMS) Project, based at Shyamnagar Upazila of Satkhira district. The FO is going to be responsible for the field-level activity planning and implementation of the project at the designated working area. He or she will be responsible to the Project Manager.
