Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ have at least a graduation degree (any discipline) from any reputed public or private university in Bangladesh

∎ be willing and able to regularly travel solo both within Dhaka and outside of Dhaka
∎ have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English
∎ have good digital skills, especially a good command of MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word
∎ at least 5 years of work experience is necessary, preferably in field operations for a research firm
∎ be connected with a team / network of supervisors, recruiters, and enumerators that you can leverage during fieldwork

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The position offers a monthly consolidated salary of BDT 25,000. This may be raised depending on the candidate's current level of relevant skills and proven performance as a Field Officer.
