Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and update daily sales & marketing activities in assigned area.
∎ Follow the marketing plan and work independently on daily activities to meet the plan goals
∎ Develop new market opportunities
∎ Meet daily/weekly/monthly target individually
∎ Implement organizational policies & strategies at agent point.
∎ Conduct local campaign in market place
∎ Forecast market demand/agent demand and achieve sales target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 year(s) of solid field level experience in sales
∎ Ready to work in the field level anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Having motorcycle will be preferred
∎ Experienced with Telecom, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, insurance and any Mobile Banking Distribution will be given priority
∎ Must be skilled in operating Microsoft word, Excel & internet
