Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Duration of contract: Initially up to 31 December 2022 (with the possibility of extension).
∎ Reporting to: Field Monitoring Officer, Bhasan Char Operation.
∎ Duty Station: Bhasan Char, Hatiya Noakhali.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to establish a coordination mechanism with the working actors of Bhasan Char.
∎ Work with camp actors (service providers) and camp communities to promote and implement routine camp maintenance, considering distribution points as well.
∎ Assist to facilitate survey (Shelter, care and Maintenance) and reports on shelter status/needs;
∎ Mobilize filed level volunteers to facilitate awareness sessions, FGDs and other community consultation activity.
∎ Assist to implementing service provision monitoring based on Protection mainstreaming and mitigation of Gender Based Violence (GBV) risks
∎ Produce regular and periodic report and share with the concern authority.
∎ Any other duties as may be assigned by the Line Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 01 years of working experience in relevant field.
∎ Well command in computer operating.
∎ Knowledgeable about research methodologies, tools, undertaking research and surveys and how to use participatory methodologies
∎ Good communication skills, capacity to work and mobilize communities and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religions
∎ Some knowledge and understanding of gender and participation issues
∎ 30 years (age limit will be relaxed in case of the potential candidate).
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
