JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR - FM
Supervise the team members, monitor Sales & Collection status closely, and ensure maximum turnover in assigned areas.
Train and develop the team to get updated always-on product knowledge.
Create brand value of the products at he Doctor's front.
Capability to handle the situation that arises in the field.
Planning, monitoring, and achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection.
Regular visits to Farm/Hospital/PC/Traders to improve relationships and business growth.
Update always on competitors activities & Basic market information like, Poultry Farm, Ruminant Farm, Aquaculture Farm & Animal Population.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR - RSM
Achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection targets of the Company.
Supervise the team members, monitor Sales & Collection status closely, and ensure maximum turnover in assigned region.
Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results.
Arrange small-scale meetings like farmers' PC meetings, and get together with potential chemists, customers and farmers.
Prepare report as required by the management.
Improve continuously the performance of the products and services by taking relevant, corrective and preventive actions.
