Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project implementation: Identify the project beneficiaries through participatory situation assessments, baseline surveys and other studies.
∎ Conduct Community session including courtyard meeting, Individual counselling through household visit.
∎ Conduct Health hygiene Education sessions in targeted schools.
∎ Formed and conduct the sessions with Water User Committee (WUC).
∎ Organize and distributed hygiene kits to the targeted beneficiaries.
∎ Work closely with the WASH team to Implement project activities at field level.
∎ Ensure value for money and maintained financial compliance.
∎ Ensure the quality of materials and optimal use of resources.
∎ Communication, Coordination, Monitoring and reporting: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the community.
∎ To smooth execution of the project activities by maintaining the communication and coordination with the local stake holders, such as Union Parishad, HCFs, School Management committee etc.
∎ Conduct monitoring by physical visit, Check list, collect information/data and upload in KoBo/ODK system.
∎ Prepared and submit reports, case studies as required and share the findings/update in the internal social media groups (What’s app).
∎ Capacity Strengthening: Assist team members to organize and conduct the capacity building initiatives (training/Orientation/session on WASH, WASH in Health, DRR) as a cofacilitator.
∎ Participate in different trainings/orientation/session nominated by the line manager.
∎ Safety and Security: Provide timely incident report to the line manager as needed.
∎ Practice, and promote the issues of the safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ General: Deliver high quality results in line with the terms of reference agreed in advance – to do this in a way which maintains the reputation of the Humanitarian Department.
∎ Comply with organization policies and practice with respect to code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.

∎ Reports to: Assist Project Officer – Community Mobilization.
∎ Purpose: The Field Facilitator (FF) is responsible for conducting community mobilization sessions and monitoring activities related to the “Flood Emergency Response Bangladesh” (FERB) project within the WASH domains. This role supports the engineering team in finalizing WASH construction site selections and ensures regular follow-up and quality monitoring. The FF maintains communication and coordination with local stakeholders and relevant staff, providing feedback for continuous improvement of the WASH programs.
