Experience:

BRAC is an international development organisation founded in Bangladesh in 1972 that partners globally with over 100 million people living with inequality and poverty to create opportunities to realise their potential.
This position will be responsible for field base activities implementation, monitoring, data collection, daily reporting, documentation preparation and preservation, taking GPS and necessary data, giving support on hygiene activity and any other task assigned by supervisor.
Work closely with beneficiaries in project activities implementation
Provide necessary support to the Hygiene promoter to run at least two hygiene sessions daily basis.
Monitor & supervise the construction of the relevant WASH activities in the assigned working area.
Ensure WASH facilities functionality Assessment through KoBo tools.
Distribute and follow up the daily work plan of the Project Assistant, Hygiene Promoter and labors.
Work with the Project Assistant for finding site/locations for WASH facilities construction with taking GPS and necessary data.
Keep all the materials distribution documents, master roll of all constructed WASH facilities.
Provide necessary report of every WASH facility constructed, repaired & maintenance in daily basis.
Regular coordination with other team players in project implementation
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
