Job Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh, a reputed national NGO is inviting eligible and deserving candidates to apply for the position of Field Facilitator to create a panel for future employment. Interested candidates are requested to apply for the position. The applicant has experience and expertise on any of the following issues:
∎ Agriculture, Human rights, Health, Nutrition, Food Security, Livelihoods development, Youth empowerment, Employment generation, Women and Children, Adolescent, Income generation, Value Chain etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of Field Facilitator will be field level implementation of project activities, regular communication with the program participants or stake holders at local level GO, NGO and private sector;
∎ Organize meeting, workshop, seminar, field day, folksongs, and people's theatre as and when necessary;
∎ Capacity building of key stakeholders through training and other initiatives.
∎ Smooth implementation of all field level programmes as per target according to time frame;
∎ Frequently field visit and ensure all records keeping and documentation;
∎ Ensure selection of participants/beneficiaries for Training, Orientation, Workshops as requirement and Conduct orientation, training and workshop at root level
∎ Community mobilization, advocacy, ensure IGA activities and community managed economic activity(CMEA)
∎ Ensure and develop community empowerment process, dealing with community organization & its network, working with public & private sector for sustainable development
∎ Positive role play to ensure a functional team with other staffs and stake holders through effective communication, cooperation and coordination
∎ Programmatic liaison with Union parisad and Union level service provider institutions and civil society members
∎ Report writing (M&E and program) and documentation, and effective and efficient utilization finance and all logistics in the field.
∎ Different study operation and other special initiative as per requirements of donor and organization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability and willingness to ride bicycle;
∎ Women will be preferred

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable and as per project budget;

The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
