Job Context:
∎ Nature Conservation Management (NACOM) is looking for Field Facilitators (Male/Female) for a donor funded project to be implemented in Cox`s Bazar district.
∎ Duration: 21 Months (Contractual)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Project Coordinator and Specialists during project implementation
∎ Conduct baseline survey of communities/households for selection of Forest Conservation Village (FCV)
∎ Identify forest dependent communities and SUFAL project beneficiaries
∎ Form FCV and facilitate savings scheme for them
∎ Assist in development of different training manuals/management plans
∎ Conduct Focus Group Discussion (FGD)
∎ Conduct and coordinate day to day field activity for successful implementation of the assignment
∎ Ensure financial and administrative supports for the project teams for smooth and successful implementation of field activities within stipulated timeframe
∎ Liaison and communication with client and different stakeholders at site level
∎ Ensure all the local works activities carry out according to work plan deliverables, following organizational procedures, and with quality
∎ Ensure, organize, and conduct different trainings, meetings, workshops and communication and outreach events, etc.
∎ Facilitate FCV registration with GoB agency
∎ Regular and routine visits at the project sites
∎ Collect data to compile and prepare reports and inputs to the technical reports
∎ Prepare different types of reports
∎ Any other activities assign by the supervisory authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2/3 years of relevant working experience
∎ Sound computer skill and Data Analysis
∎ Ability to conduct extensive travel at the project areas
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Motorbike riding skill with valid driving license will add value
∎ Non-smoker
Salary: Tk. 3000 (Monthly)
