Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of Field Facilitator will be field level implement of project activities, regular communication with farmers, agri-enterprenure, local level GO, NGO and private sector;
∎ Selection of tricot trial as per IRRI provided protocol and establish tricot trial at trainer level;
∎ Time to time monitring, data collection with IRRI proided data collection format and reporting on need basis;
∎ conduct/ monitor dealer demonstration at the field with proper data collection and documentation;
∎ Arrange or create women farmers pool those are already working associated with male farmer at their rice farm.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least ne year experience in agricultural development project;
∎ Skilled in farmer group mobilization;
∎ Capable to organize training and facilitation;
∎ Experienced and skilled in agri-enterprenureship development;
∎ Make linkage with local buyer & traders for market channel establishment.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)

∎ Yearly two festival bonus each equivalent to 50% of consolidated monthly salary to be paid proportionately
