Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and visit new construction sites to find potential elevator projects.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, and contractors.
∎ Collect and report key project details (location, floors, timeline, decision-makers).
∎ Share FUJITEC product info and promote solutions to potential clients.
∎ Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
∎ Support the sales team with lead generation and client coordination.
∎ Maintain an updated database of all identified projects and follow-ups.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
