Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and maintain constant communication with camp-based management entities, including Camp-in-Charge (CiC), Site Management (SM), and other stakeholders as well as local authorities including RRRC, UNO, DC, Civil Surgeon for required approvals and smooth implementation of programs.
∎ As assigned, represent GH-CPI at respective meetings at CiC, RRRC, UNO, DC office and other stakeholders offices in Cox's Bazar level as and when required.
∎ Ensure timely submission of required documentations and reports to the government offices and obtain required approvals and endorsements as needed.
∎ Develop processes for approval and government relations tracking and taking appropriate measures in a timely manner.
∎ Regular Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare draft for all govt communications/letters/responses/needs assessments/project descriptions on behalf of GH-CPI.
∎ Collect updated forms/ ensure all documentation is as required by government authorities.
∎ Continuously work on more effective and efficient methods of field relations.
∎ Coordinate with program leads and M&E department and ensure timely submission of approval related documents, periodic reports as well as other necessary documents to all relevant offices.
∎ Regularly follow up on recommendations of CiCs' and effectively communicate with programs and SMT as required.
∎ Maintain good relationship with Site Management and other relevant stakeholders
∎ Convey govt. updates, memos, announcements, circulars to GH-CPI management and program teams in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure proper work plan, assistance and follow up on obtaining FD6, FD7 budgets and other approvals closely working with SMT.
∎ Submit regular data to camp-based management entities as needed.
∎ Assist bringing materials, supplies, documents etc to and from the field.
∎ Communicate with program managers regularly on programmatic updates to be able to represent the program to authorities accordingly and be able to offer support in the field as needed.
∎ Support program teams to develop necessary documents for submission
∎ Attend all camp level coordination, site management, health and/or WASH meetings etc. and update management accordingly.
∎ Ensure timely submission of need assessments to CIC offices, UNO offices, RRRC office for further approvals.
∎ Ensure submission of approved FD7 copy to the related government offices in a timely manner.
∎ Maintain proper archiving and documentation of all monthly progress reports, submitted letters, issued approvals from GoB.
∎ Support and accompany Program Managers and/or GH-CPI management team in liaison issues with authorities.
∎ Organize and maintain soft and hard copy of all approvals and provide copies of approvals to all relevant departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in business administration, public health, development or any other relevant subject.
∎ At least three year of management & coordination experience working in humanitarian or development context.
∎ Minimum 1 year FDMN Camp experience.
∎ Experience in working with several govt. authorities.
∎ Excellent ability to read and write in English.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Creative and motivated.
∎ Advanced communication skills for fostering respectful relationships.
∎ Basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Strong knowledge of local ethnic issues and proven experience engaging local organizations.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and positive approach with colleagues and partners.
∎ Ability to establish good working relationships with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds.

Salary: Tk. 65000 - 80000 (Monthly)
