Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Foster and maintain relationships with local actors, including NNGOs, INGOs, UN agencies, local authorities, and media, ensuring the accuracy and availability of information sources.
∎ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, enhancing awareness and understanding of GH-CPI’s principles and services.
∎ Attend meetings, compile meeting minutes, and contribute to the meeting logbook.
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on key issues, providing contextual information for decision-making.
∎ Lead negotiations for access, define risks and constraints, and propose program strategies and resource/ actions needs.
∎ Represent GH-CPI externally, negotiating on behalf of the organization and contributing to safeguarding and promoting its image.
∎ Coordination and Collaboration:
∎ Develop mechanisms for efficient tracking and coordination of field operations, ensuring quality standards are met.
∎ Implement inter-departmental coordination tasks, promote proactive information sharing, and analyze humanitarian issues and trends.
∎ Provide updates on humanitarian aid system dynamics to enhance GH-CPI advocacy impact.
∎ Guide the preparation and submission of necessary documentation to government offices, securing approvals for program operations.
∎ Innovate processes related to government interactions, focusing on efficiency and compliance.
∎ Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports on field activities, challenges, and stakeholder engagements.

∎ Community Partners International (CPI) is a U.S. based nonprofit organization that works with local partner organization. Green Hill to expand access to quality health services and generate the resources, local capacity and coordination necessary for partners and the people to meet their own health and community needs.
∎ Job Summary: The Field Coordinator will effectively establish, maintain, and enhance communication channels and data/information management with camp-based management entities, including the Camp-in-Charge (CiC), Site Management (SM), and other key stakeholders, as well as with local authorities such as the Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner (RRRC), Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO), Deputy Commissioner (DC), and Civil Surgeon. This role is crucial for ensuring the acquisition of necessary approvals and facilitating smooth program implementation. The Field Coordinator will represent GH-CPI in relevant meetings, ensuring GH-CPI’s interests and perspectives are effectively communicated and understood. Additionally, this role involves the timely submission of essential documentation and reports to government offices to obtain required approvals and endorsements. A key part of this role is to understand and build upon previous work, further developing and utilizing efficient tools for tracking approvals, documents, and processes, thereby contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of GH-CPI's operations in Cox’s Bazar.
