Educational Requirements:
∎ Prospective candidates should have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in the sensitisation, registration, verification, validation of beneficiaries.
∎ Beneficiary Mobilization and token distribution
∎ Facilitate in the Cash distribution:
∎ Development of distribution plans
∎ Management of beneficiary registers
∎ Community capacity building on Safety net related issues
∎ Crowd control during distribution
∎ Establishment and maintenance of complaints and response handling
∎ Produce distribution reports
∎ Monitoring Cash redemption in the designated areas:
∎ Monitor cash distribution process at the CD points.
∎ Coordinate complaints and response handling related to Cash redemption
∎ Monitor the market price of food commodities when requested.
∎ Co-ordinate and liaise with local authorities and stakeholders on the ground with regard to the project.
∎ Identify and recommend other needs in the area.
∎ Assist Field Coordinator as required in all aspects of the CBI Project.
∎ Attend and participate in project meetings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have at least 3 years work experience in Safety net assistance.
∎ Able to work in demanding environment.
∎ Must be able to perform necessary field assignments such as travel over difficult terrain.
∎ Communication and relationship building with local partners and government authorities, and cooperation with other team members.
∎ Local knowledge – Preferred.
∎ Proficient in Chittagong Local Dialect is an added advantage.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills.
