Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement field activities as per plan
∎ Establish adult male female self help groups in the target community
∎ Establish adolescents health groups, child clubs
∎ Facilitate groups and provide lessons in the groups
∎ Act as a trainer for the group members and conduct training sessions
∎ Prepare MIS and activity report as per need
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
∎ Need to stay at Union level.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in local language
∎ Ability to lead and act as a motivator for adult and children groups
∎ Must be emotionally stable and willing to serve the poor and work with the community.
