Job Context:
∎ Health and Education for All (HAEFA) is a non-profit organization and working in health sector for the underprivileged people in Bangladesh. HAEFA is looking for Field Accountant who is capable, confident and enthusiastic individual, interested in finance and accounting long-term career that will not only be challenging but also very rewarding with competitive compensation
∎ Ensure proper financial and administrative management according to HAEFA rules and regulations followed IAS/BAS.
∎ Ensure close communication and follow up with service providers followed HAEFA code of conduct.
∎ Ensure all running service provider contracts are finalized within the agreed time frame.
∎ Assist proper financial and administrative management according HAEFA rules and regulations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Finance and Accounting
∎ Maintain accurately the book keeping and financial management
∎ Ensures timely availability of funds for project activities
∎ Assists in monitoring fund expenditure in accordance with the budget
∎ Controls and supervises monthly accounting and financial planning of the Cox's Bazar office
∎ Management of financial administration, such as recording of cash book, bank book, receipts preparation and registration and timely financial reporting
∎ Collecting and preparing proper receipts for all types of payments and records
∎ Producing daily and monthly Cash Stock for checking of the cash, bank book
∎ Maintaining the filing for Financial Section confidentially
∎ Operating petty cash including maintaining cash book, monitor the daily cash flow record and the level of liquidity
∎ Arrange monthly payments for telephone, mobile phone, e-mail, internet, staffs and other fees and its administration
∎ Ensure and properly and implementation of HAEFA financial policy.
∎ Financial management and reporting to head quarter daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly basis.
∎ 2. Travel Management
∎ Calculates for travel claims and reimburses accordingly
∎ Manages domestic travel of all project personnel
∎ Organizes transportation (air, road, water), accommodation of visitors to the project.
∎ 3. Administration
∎ Assist of all administrative and logistic arrangements of project activities in the Cox's Bazar office (meetings, seminars, trainings, workshops etc.)
∎ Coordinating and cooperates with the partner organizations / beneficiaries
∎ Maintaining inventory records.
∎ Vehicle management such as movement register, calculation of monthly fuel consumption, supervision of repair and maintenance
∎ Monitors availability of supplies and performs procurement-related activities up to the specified guideline
∎ Receiving government letters and maintains register
∎ Reporting of all problems involving finance and regulations to the Program Operations Support Professional
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Candidate should have capacity of Independent accounting and reporting, UNFPA and USAID's funded work experience will get preference
